Your journey into the luxury North Carolina wedding photography experience you deserve begins at my contact form. A year or more before your wedding date, send me a note! I’ll be back in touch in 24 hours or less with some time slots to schedule your no-pressure discovery consultation.

ii. The Quick Consult

Over a video call or lattes (or cocktails, your choice!) in downtown Asheville, we’ll chat about those Jimmy Choos you’re eying and the traditional in-ceremony-first-look you’re seeking. I’ll share some of my wedding day secrets and what I wish I’d done for my own wedding photography experience. Then, I’ll give you space to decide if I’m the photographer for you!

iv. The Engagement Photoshoot

Anywhere from 6-11 months before your wedding date, we’ll schedule your engagement session. This is an opportunity for you and your fiancé to get comfy in front of the camera, document your love in a place that’s special to you, and snag some perfect photos for your Save the Dates. You’ll get used to my never-stiff, always-fun photography style, where I’ll give you prompts to follow, not poses to copy.

v. The Master Plan

I used to work as a wedding coordinator (a.k.a, putting out fires on the day of), so this is where you’ll truly get pampered as an Apolinar couple. I construct your wedding day timeline to ensure your must-have photos are on the list and your schedule is custom-fitted to your needs. I’ll also coordinate with your planner and recommend trusted vendors so that you can put your full confidence in every member of your wedding team.

vi. The Wedding

After months of prep and planning, the day we’ve all been waiting for will arrive! I’ll use my signature organizational skills to ensure the day runs exactly as you dreamed it would. And if it doesn’t? I’m a pro at pivoting and making the most of anything that goes awry. You’ll be able to fully enjoy every timeless tradition, with no worries at all, as I juggle documenting your memories with making sure your aunt doesn’t wander off before the family photo. When you wake up on the first day of being newlyweds, you’ll have a sneak peek waiting in your inbox. And in just two months, you’ll have your full gallery of hundreds of images to enjoy. Be sure to keep in touch, because once you enter another stage of life, I offer family and newborn sessions, too! I can’t wait to continue telling your story through every season of life.
